User & Booking Eligibility

Acceptable Site Rules

Clients must be at least eighteen years of age and hold lawful title or express owner authorization for any vehicle submitted for mobile headlight restoration in Topeka, Lawrence, and surrounding areas.

You agree not to disrupt our booking infrastructure, submit fraudulent contact records, or require technicians to perform restoration work in hazardous, unlawful, or inaccessible roadside environments.

Refunds & Clarity Guarantee

Payment is processed securely upon appointment confirmation or service completion. Rates for mobile restoration packages, fleet accounts, and dealership lots remain fixed once an official booking is established.

Our Clarity Guarantees ensures corrective re-coating should UV hazing recur under normal use. Cancellations made with less than twenty-four hours' notice may incur a travel dispatch fee of $20.

All trademarks, restoration media, before-and-after imagery, and instructional copy on this domain remain exclusive proprietary assets protected by United States copyright laws.

We are not liable for pre-existing internal lens condensation, internal reflector degradation, or severe structural polycarbonate micro-cracks that cannot be cured through external sanding.

We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or terminate service at our discretion if safe work requirements are breached or abusive conduct toward field staff occurs.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas and applicable United States federal law. Unresolved claims shall be submitted to mediation in Shawnee or Douglas County.

Client phone numbers, physical service addresses, and payment data are handled strictly to schedule mobile appointments and fulfill warranty claims. We never sell or license client records.
